Pork Loin in Clay Pot


We did another clay pot recipe this week and again it was excellent. We got a whole pork loin and marinated in a whole bunch of stuff (Tom did this and I'm too lazy to look up what was in the recipe.) Then after baking we had piles of tasty sauce and carmelized onions with roasted pork loin. Mmmmmm.

Cook-Tom
Time-overnight marinade, 1-2 hours baking
